DMCA & Copyright Policy

Playly TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and comparable laws. This policy explains how to submit a copyright complaint and how we handle it.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe that material accessible through Playly TV infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated contact at support@androidtvapp.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

What your notice must include

To be valid, your notice must contain all of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, the URL or a clear description).
Your contact information — name, address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified, and we may notify the party responsible for making it available.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to support@androidtvapp.com. It must identify the material and its prior location, include your contact information and signature, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Repeat infringers

Playly TV may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
